i. need to fix the WiFi detection - often networks will show up as one bar but when you join them the signal is too weak to push through even the leanest websites
ii. re-design of home screen icons' cognitive feedback:
a. for WiFi strength - a two part issue: when you one of the weak networks in problem one, because you have joined it the signal by default shows up as full strength in the settings when one second ago it was one bar
b. when you have joined a WiFi network, the icon on the home screen for being connected doesn't provide any feedback of the strength of connection - it's a binary of off/on
c. battery icon on the home screen should be coloured also, to allow quick assessment of available battery - doesn't make sense to have a gray-scale icon on the home screen only to switch to full- colour when inside an app (e.g. safari)
